Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for change of mind. Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Postage fees are not refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

AUSTRALIA: A postage and handling fee of $10 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
INTERNATIONAL: Refunds are not available for international orders.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order once received, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

Exchange for change of mind is not offered. If you would like a different item you will need to request a return and then re-order the new item when you’re ready.

 

IMPERFECTS

All sales of IMPERFECTS items are final and are not eligible for the above refund or exchange options.
